CCI Unveils New A/V Rental Gear

June 6, 2002. CAPE CANAVERAL, FL, June 6, 2002-Communications Concepts, Inc. (CCI), an audio-visual company with headquarters in Cape Canaveral, Florida, recently revamped its audio-visual rental inventory by adding several new items that are in high demand.

Phil Daley, A/V Rental Manager for CCI, explained that although CCI regularly upgrades equipment, this acquisition is noteworthy because it included a wide variety of equipment in a short period of time. Some of the main items are a new high resolution Hitachi 42" flat panel plasma monitor, a JBL surround sound system, a high-end DVD player with component and digital outputs, and a number of new projection screens. "We work hard to have the A/V support equipment here and ready to meet the client's needs, and with as fast as technology is changing it is constant job. Plasma panels and DVD players are the hot items for exhibit booths and demo rooms, while our video/computer projectors, screens and wireless microphone systems continue to be in high demand for meetings."

Jim Lewis, CCI General Manger points out that having the right equipment is only part of the story when it comes to A/V rentals. "Phil and his people are A/V people. They have the technical knowledge and experience to make sure presentations go right from the start with the proper equipment. That's important, since you only have one chance to make a good first impression. Phil has printed information with presentation guidelines, such as getting the right screen size based on the size of the room, determining video formats, and how to hook up a computer to a projector."
