Corporate Video Produced by CCI Judged Best in State by FMPTA

June 22, 2002. CAPE CANAVERAL, FL, 22 June 2002 - For the second time in a row, the Florida Motion Picture and Television Association (FMPTA) presented a Crystal Reel Award to Communications Concepts, Inc. (CCI) for Best Corporate Film or Video produced in the State.

The awards were presented June 22nd at the Crystal Reel Awards Gala at the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. The awards are presented annually to recognize outstanding achievement in Film and Television production in the State of Florida. David Faustino (Bud Bundy from TV's "Married with Children") made the award presentation to Jim Lewis from CCI, who produced and directed the winning video. In his acceptance speech, Lewis thanked their client for selecting CCI to produce the program, which was shown at the Satellite 2001 Conference. Lewis says "It's particularly gratifying to get this award, especially considering the tight time constraints in which the program had to be produced to be ready for the show." Lewis also thanked his CCI production team on the project, specifically mentioning Tiffany Laney, who did much of the research work for the video, and Jason Morris, who edited the program.

This year's Awards Gala marked the second time CCI was awarded top honors for work done for the aerospace industry. In 2000, CCI won the Crystal for best Corporate Video in the State for a Mission Profile program they produced.
